Passes registered on the Exchange Desk will be offered for sale to people on the Waiting List until August 30, 2026. Please note that registering your Pass(es) on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that they will be sold.

In the event that your ticket is sold, you will be informed via email. This confirmation email may be received up to one week before the event.

Once your ticket has been sold, it may take approximately 8 weeks for your refund to be processed. A refund fee of 450 THB per Festival Pass will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Important: Placing your Festival Pass(es) on the Exchange Desk is final and cannot be undone.
