Packages are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation, until and including March 31, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 80% of the total package price will be refunded
• Cancellation until and including April 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 50% of the total package price will be refunded
• Cancellation until and including June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 30% of the total package price will be refunded
• Cancellation after June 30, 2026, 23:59 CEST: no refund will be provided

In the event of cancellation, the insurance premium, if applicable, and the booking fees are always charged in addition to the cancellation fees, unless these fees cover the full price of the trip. Extras purchased during the add on sale must be paid immediately and are never refundable (cancellation fee = 100%).

Make sure to check your package very carefully. Changes of certain elements of your package such as Accommodation and/or type of Tomorrowland Pass will not be possible after reservation and booking.

The cancellation request can be submitted in writing to tomorrowlandthailand@iasiathailand.com and must include full name and e-mail address of the Main Buyer, date of purchase and order number.
