On the day of a ticket sale, sign into your Account to enter the ticket shop.

 

In case you have bought tickets, you can find an overview of your order in your Account. 

After personalization, your tickets will be visible in your Account. 

 

If you have any questions about the Tomorrowland Account or have any other questions, you can find FAQs and a contact form in the ‘Support’ section.

 

If you wish to change your personal details (except email address and name), preferences or reset your password, you can update them in your Tomorrowland Account. If you wish to change your name, please contact info@tomorrowlandthailand.com. It is not possible to change the email address of your Tomorrowland Account. If you need to change your email address, please create a new Account and delete the first Account.
